About The Author

From a very young age, I have been captivated by the art of storytelling and cartooning. Inspired by the legendary Walt Disney and the timeless humor of Warner Bros.’ Looney Tunes—particularly the resilience of Wile E. Coyote—I began crafting my own worlds early on. At thirteen, I received my first accolade: a school-wide first prize for “Bobby,” a story about an insecure dog who eventually finds his way.

The true turning point in my creative life occurred on a Sunday in February 2007. After reading a sobering article about global pollution, I felt a deep responsibility to act. I picked up a pencil and began searching for a character that could serve as a universal ambassador for our environment. After considering various animals, I visualized something more direct: the planet itself. I drew the Earth with a child’s face and a somber expression—and GLOBEARTH was born.

About the Book

After reading a sobering article about global pollution, I felt a deep responsibility to act. I picked up a pencil and began searching for a character that could serve as a universal ambassador for our environment. After considering various animals, I visualized something more direct: the planet itself. I drew the Earth with a child’s face and a somber expression—and GLOBEARTH was born.

Over the years, GLOBEARTH evolved into the character seen today, defined by lively eyes and a friendly, welcoming smile. GLOBEARTH is designed to be truly universal—transcending borders, race, and religion—belonging to every inhabitant of this planet.

Globearth y yo

This vision led to my first children’s book, Globearth and I. Since its debut, I have had the honor of sharing this message on a global stage.
